What materials are used in Black+Blum products?
We prioritize high-quality, durable materials including 304 (18/8) stainless steel, borosilicate glass, and sustainably sourced wood fiber. All our products are BPA, BPS, and BPF free.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Are your lunch boxes and water bottles leak-proof?
Most of our designs feature high-quality silicone seals to ensure they are 100% leak-proof. Please check the specific product description for the leak-proof icon to confirm.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are Black+Blum products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Many of our glass and polypropylene ranges are safe for both. However, stainless steel items should never be used in the microwave. Detailed care instructions are included with every product.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
