At Black+Blum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are unused and in their original retail packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns center and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
